How do I change my country, city, or association?
On the website, tap Switch association in the chat header. In the iOS and Android apps, open Settings and choose a new country, city, and association. Your selection is saved on your device, so you won’t have to reselect it next time.
What's the free question limit, and how does billing work?
In the iOS and Android apps, each device gets 2 free questions before you’re asked to subscribe. Subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or annual) are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play — LexiCricket never sees your payment details. The website chat at lexicricket.com/chat is free to use and doesn’t require a subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
On iOS or Android, open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases (the same option is also available on the subscription screen). Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
What should I do if an answer looks wrong?
Email us at support@lexicricket.com with your question, the association you asked about, and a screenshot if you have one — we’ll look into it. Answers are AI-generated interpretations of your association’s rules, so for match-day decisions, always confirm with your association’s official rules or match officials.
