LexiCricket gives match officials instant, rule-accurate answers to cricket law questions, grounded in your association’s own playing conditions. This page covers how to reach us, when we’re available, and answers to the questions we hear most.
7 days a week, 9am–6pm AEST/AEDT (Australian Eastern time).
We aim to respond within 1 business day.
On the website, tap Switch association in the chat header. In the iOS and Android apps, open Settings and choose a new country, city, and association. Your selection is saved on your device, so you won’t have to reselect it next time.
In the iOS and Android apps, each device gets 2 free questions before you’re asked to subscribe. Subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or annual) are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play — LexiCricket never sees your payment details. The website chat at lexicricket.com/chat is free to use and doesn’t require a subscription.
On iOS or Android, open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases (the same option is also available on the subscription screen). Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Email us at contact@moduly.ai with your question, the association you asked about, and a screenshot if you have one — we’ll look into it. Answers are AI-generated interpretations of your association’s rules, so for match-day decisions, always confirm with your association’s official rules or match officials.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
